2. Investment Plans

BitStamp Group offers four distinct investment plans to suit different investment goals and risk profiles:

4. KYC/AML Verification

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, all users must complete identity verification before making investments or withdrawals.

Selfie Verification: A clear selfie holding your ID
Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (if requested)

5. Referral Program

Commission Rate: 3% of your referred user's investment profits

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the 3% referral commission being deducted from your investment profits and paid to your referrer (if applicable).

6. Withdrawal Policy

Daily Limit: $10,000 per day
Processing Time: 24-48 hours for verification
Wallet Address: Must be a valid cryptocurrency wallet address
Verification Required: All withdrawals require KYC verification
Withdrawal Fee: No withdrawal fees charged by BitStamp Group

8. Prohibited Activities

Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual
Abuse: Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bonus systems
Phishing: Attempting to obtain other users' information

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

9. Account Termination

Voluntary Termination: You may request account closure at any time
Involuntary Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations
Frozen Accounts: Accounts may be frozen during ongoing investigations
